Diamond lagging
Diamond Lagging is used in most normal applications due to its grooves and diamond pattern the rubber acts as a thread for traction and it is effective in most moderate applications.
Ceramic Lagging
Ceramic Lagging is a highly effective grip solution to help the conveyor belts to keep traction under heavy loads, cold weather and sometimes wet conditions to prevent slipperage in heavy duty and high production situations.
Chevron belts
Chevron belts can come in different shapes of chevron’s and also different sizes depending on the application. Chevron conveyor belting is commonly used for inclined conveyors that carry products such as round stones and other materials that tend to fall down as the conveyor belt tries the carry the material upwards. The chevron helps prevent the materials from rolling back.
Heat and oil resistant conveyor belts
Heat and oil resistant conveyor belts or (HOR, HOT TAR ASPHALT) are commonly used for hot asphalt carrying applications such as Live Bottom Trailers in the production of asphalt hauling for highway production and road paving industries.
Oil Resistant Conveyor belts
Oil resistant conveyor belts are mostly used in the lumber and shingle manufacturing industry due to the oils coming from the trees and the oil in the mixture used for shingle production.
Moderate abrasion RMA2 conveyor belts
Moderate abrasion conveyor belt are mostly used for lighter impact and low abrasion applications. Usually in the sand, light impact stones and dust carrying prodction.
High abrasion RMA1 conveyor belts
High abrasion conveyor belts are used in heavy duty applications such as high impact and abrasive applications, usually used in the mining and crushing industries. Keep in mind that the thickness width and strength depends on the application.

Install of conveyor belts
We install conveyor belts in every kind of conditions, we evaluate the task and prioritize safety before performing each task to perform as efficiently and safely as possible.
Live Bottom Trailer systems installation
We install and supply the heat and oil resistant conveyor belt (HOR/ HOT TAR ASPHALT) for most brand of live bottom systems. Typically the trailer can be dropped off at our shop or we can come and install it on site. We can remove the old belt and install the new belt on a average of 8 hours. If the belt is already off and the bolts are grinded off we can install the belt on a average of 4hrs.
Hot patch repair
A hot patch repair is a seamless and most effective way of repairing a tare in any conveyor belt. In most cases people uses clips to patch the belt temporarily and the metal clips often catch on the system or scrapers and ends up making bigger damage to the conveyor belt. This solution gives you a long term solution to keep your belt as long as possible to maintain production.
